Web accessibility evaluation
Our expert web accessibility evaluation will:
- Provide a thorough analysis of your website's accessibility strengths and weaknesses
- Offer specific ranked recommendations on how to improve its the accessibility of your web-site, as well as documentation clearly explaining (in layman's terms) why we recommend any changes.
The Accessibility Audit Report
After the web accessibility evaluation has been completed, you shall receive a written report highlighting any accessibility barriers, and also highlighting parts of the web-site which comply with accessibility guidelines. This advice enables you alter the site (and future web-sites) to eliminate accessibility barriers now (and in the future too!).
Problems are documented with a recommendation on how severe the problem is, and given a priority level. The report also identifies other issues, and features which may be attractive to users.
The report assumes no prior technical knowledge.
The report is written in layman's terms and is presented with a number of examples from the web-site and screenshots to further illustrate any problems encountered.
The expert accessibility evaluation is carried out by Erigena's highly skilled accessibility experts. In addition to a large number of (required) human checks, a number of programs are utilised to enhance and assist during the evaluations:
